There is a significant discrepancy in age with this Harcrow family. Thomas Harcrow is not enumerated in 1870, therefore he was not living. It is not possible for Thomas Harcrow to be the father of Mary. However, I believe the age of Mary is incorrect (most probable) or she was illegitimate and took the surname of her mother, Octevna Harcrow.

September 16, 1928 - 

54th District Court Special venue of 75 drawn for jury for murder against O. Porter, negro, set for Sept. 24, in Judge Richard Munroe’s court. Assault for murder case against John Papadakis set for Monday, also case of R. R. King, indicted on two counts of perjury, and of Marion Harcrow, theft of over $50, and of Eddie Cole, charge with burglary.

September 19, 1928 - 

54th District Court: John Papadakis found guilty of assault to murder, and penalty of five years recommended by jury verdict. Marion Harcrow given two years on charge of auto theft. G. Lawrence found guilty of burglary on two counts with five years in each.

In the 1930 census records, Marion Thomas Harcrow was incarcerated at the Imperial State Farm - Unit of Texas Prison System.

His occupation is listed as farmer for the prison. 

In 1940, Marion Thomas Harcrow and his family lived in Palestine, Anderson County, Texas.

Fred Leonard Harcrow was born on January 25, 1932 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas to Marion Thomas and Gladys Bertha Smith Harcrow.

Fred L. Harcrow, 73, of Sheridan died Sunday, July 3 at his home. Memorial services will be held at the family residence in Sheridan on Saturday, July 9 at 10 a.m. [Place of internment unknown]
Fred was born on Jan 25, 1932 in Waco to Marion and Gladys (Smith) Harcrow.
Mr. Harcrow loved nothing more in life than his family, friends and his woodworking shop.
He is survived by his wife, Iris Harcrow; brother, Gene Hardy; sons, Gary, Lance, Mark Harcrow and Mike Beyette; daughters, Sharon Cox and Dena Harcrow.
He is also survived by his grandsons, Josh, Nico, Mark Jr., Kristopher, Mikey, Brandon and Chase; granddaughters, Snow, Nicole, Jessica and Loren; and five great-granchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Gladys Harcrow; brother, Eric Hardy; son, Lonnie Harcrow; and step-daughter, Bridget Brinkmeyer.

Fred Leonard Harcrow married Glenna Rae Scott. Their children are: 

1. Frederick Lynn Harcrow.
2.  Frederick Lynn Harcrow was born on April 15, 1952 in Anderson County, Texas and died on April 16, 1952 in Anderson County, Texas.

9.  Lonnie Craig Harcrow was born on August 31, 1954 in Anderson County, Texas and died on March 2, 1978. Lonnie is buried in Roselawn Park Cemetery, Palestine, Anderson County, Texas.

Lonnie was the son of Fred Leonard and Glenna Rae Scott. He was an electrician for a petroleum company. He was a resident of Palestine at the time of his death in Sheridan in Colorado Co, TX. He was survived by his wife, Rhonda Rachael Brooks Harcrow of Palestine; mother, Glenna Rae Starkes of Palestine; father and stepmother, Fred Leonard and Iris Harcrow of Sheridan; grandmother, Dellia Scott of Palestine; daughters, Snowe Rae Harcrow Pinner of Arlington and Courtney Diane Mason Harcrow of Palestine; son, Brendon Chase Harcrow of Palestine; sisters, Denna Kim Harcrow of Austin and Sherry Cox of Palestine; brothers, Gary Glyn Harcrow of Gentry, AR, Lance Harcrow of Houston and Mark Harcrow and Rhome T. Starkes, both of Palestine; and a granddaughter.

Fred Leonard Harcrow married Donna Marie Heck. Their children are:
