Frances Ann Andrews Walker obituary and article

MEXIA - A 25-year old native Corsicana woman was shot and killed at 1:45 a.m. today following an agrument with a man in Mexia. Mrs. Frances Ann Walker, 25, native of Corsicana and resident of Mexia, was shot with a 12-gauge shotgun in the left chest. The Mexia Police Department reported that Otis Allen Smith, 35, resident of 203 West Hopkins, Mexia, is being held in the Mexia City Jail on charge of murder. Bond was set at $10,000 by Judge Opaline Bonner, who ordered an autopsy. The man will be transported to the limestone County Jail. Police report that the shooting occurred during an argiunent at the home of Smith’s mother. Services for Mrs. Walker will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Corley Funeral Home Chapel in Corsicana. Burial will follow at Eureka Cemetery. • Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Andrews of Corsicana; two brothers, Larry Andrews of Corsicana and Ronald Andrews of Forney; and her grandmother, Mrs.' May Boyte of Irving.

Mosley - Andrews reunion

Formerly Mosley-Andrews have family reunion here

Family members and descendants of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mosley and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Andrews Sr. of Eureka held a reunion Sunday, Sept. 4 at Jester Park in Corsicana. Approximately 150 attended. Among those present were the four living sisters of Mr. Mosley: Mrs. Annie Coker, Corsicana, Mrs. Mae Boyd, Irving, and Mrs. Nobie Perry and Mrs. Myrle Stinson of Lancaster. Others attending included: Doyle and Jesse Andrews, Mrs. Martha Andrews, Ronald and Anita Andrews, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Coker, Jade Andrews, Larry Andrews, C. Connell, Lawrence Boyd, Bill Turner, Mae Boyte, Rodger Coker, Ernie and Deanne Massey, Jay Sanders, Clyde and Darlene Andrews and son, Dwain, of Corsicana; Buck and Mamie Frame of Eureka; John and Beth Frame and two sons of Mesquite; Donald and Sharon Stinson of Laancaster. Also, Mrs. Cathrine Neely and sons, Stephen and Bobby.

Music was enjoyed In the afternoon, furnished by Cass Bonner and son, Chester, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Burton, Ray Burton, and O. D. Bailey. Late In the day all returned to their homes wishing for Mrs. Burton "Many More Happy Birthdays and joy with out an end."

Welcoming her is a four-year- old sister Wanda Dianne. The maternal grandmother is Mrs. Wanda Goggans of Corsicana, and the paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Montgomery of Kilgore. Great- grandparents include Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Coker of Corsicana, Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Massey of Emhouse, Mrs. Mae Boyte of Irving, and Mrs. Amanda Wilson of Kilgore.

Jennie Mae Mosely Boyte obituary

 I.N. (Mae) Boyte, 76, of Irving, died Sunday in Irving. Boyte was a native of Navarro County and had lived in Irving for the last 15 years. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence H, Boyte, Irving, and Franklin N. Boyte, Eureka; two daughters, Mrs. T.O. Coker and Mrs. Doyle Andrews, both of Corsicana; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Coker, Corsicana, Mrs. Nobie Perry and Mrs. Mirle Perry, both of Dallas; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
